Production Process:
Material Loading: Raw material is loaded with the help of a Plastic Loader and Vacuum Feeder.
Extrusion: The material is fed into the Single Screw Extruder with a vacuum loader and dryer.
Forming & Cooling: After extrusion, the pipe is cooled in the Spray Cooling Tank and shaped using the Vacuum Forming Tank.
Hauling & Cutting: The cooled pipes are pulled by the Haul-Off Machine and cut using a Dust-Free Cutting Machine with a SIEMENS PLC.
Final Product: The finished pipes, ready for use, are inspected and packed.
