The machine adopt the human touch for operation panel, which can memory over 40 kinds of product model. there are more than 3 kinds product model and each kind has 10 types memory. The machine adopts servo control, much accurate than normal frequency converter controlled machine. Conveyor is also servo drive controlled, to control up and down movement in program, to make cookies with multilayers .It can make cookies fixed, moving, rotation, vertical, and also can add wire cutting device to cut special shape cookie. Nozzle rotation angle can be set to any degree as you want. We offer different kinds of nozzles to do the cookies of different specifications. The nozzle shape can also be customized. Nozzles are manufactured by CNC (Computer number control machine center) directly. More accurate and higher rigidity than other normal welded nozzles. Adopt 304 stainless steel materials, clean and safe, easy to maintain. This machine is specially used to produce many kinds of cookies: Multilayers cookies, chrysanthemumtype/ Stripe type/ Spiral with a hole in the middle, macaron, eclair, etc
